Located in the heart of historic Murphy, NC the Loft on the Square is a newly renovated state-of-the-art 1940s industrial loft that offers stunning views of the Appalachian mountains and easy accessibility to downtown Murphy, NC. Enjoy strolling in the thriving downtown area equipped with quintessential small-town charm. The Loft on the Square is conveniently located next to local eateries, shops, art galleries, breweries, cafés, and more. The loft is within walking distance of the stunning Hiawassee river walk at Konehete Park, equipped with many amenities such as pickleball courts, walking, biking trails, kayaking, and more. The 1,056 square foot space has been entirely renovated and designed to feature burnt pine wood ceilings, large tinted high-efficiency windows, exposed old brick walls complemented by new drywall, LVT flooring, and large scale black beams and trim throughout. The kitchen with beautiful wood cabinets, open shelving, and an island with bar seating is open to the lounge space with comfortable seating centered on a modern electric fireplace with TV and a table for dining or games/puzzles plus a desk workspace. The private bedroom has a King bed dressed in high thread count sheets and seating to start the day quietly with coffee or a book. The bath, private to the bedroom, has double vanities and a large walk in tile shower with rain head and shower wand. The laundry room is available for use during your stay.
